Meditation—the Best Medicine
Meditation is, without any doubt, the best and most natural form of medicine. It has no side effects, and it is absolutely free. Therefore, why don’t you consider trying it out today?
When the word “health” is mentioned, the mind automatically starts visualizing syringes, pills, capsules, drips, nurses and the list is endless. However, it is surprising to know that all these make up for a small percentage of what health really is. Even if your body is 100% fit (quite rare, if not impossible) yet your social, mental and psychological lives are lacking, then you do not qualify to be called healthy.
Before you think of killing me because of this harsh remark, you need to know that this is what health is defined as by the world health organization.
When you get into the mode of meditation, the body gets into a rhythm. These rhythms cause the blood pressure to reduce by causing the heart and surrounding cardiac tissues to relax. Also, the muscles of the blood vessels relax along side other muscles in the body. As a result, those with high blood pressure relax as their pressure is reduced to a point where it is normal and healthy. When this happens, a series of other changes start happening in the body.
Adrenaline is released in lesser amounts, and the person becomes more relaxed and the body organs are at a lower risk than before. When more useful and healthy substances are released into the body, then immunity goes up because the right cells are being formed.
The working of meditation is very simple and to the point. What happens to you when you have abdominal pain and you spend ten minutes focusing on the pain? It seems to increase, and it ends up being severe. Meditation works in the same way only that it works to ensure that positive results are obtained. When you do meditation, you think of a specific thing, say an organ.
However, you do not think of how sick the organ or body part is. You deliberately have peaceful thoughts towards the organ. When you do this, the constricted blood vessels relax and open up, and the flow of blood to this organ or part of the body is increased. Blood carries oxygen and nutrients to the organ and tissues, and it also leaves with every waste and toxins in the organ or tissues. Needless to say, improvement is seen.
In fact meditation is important for our life. It not only benefits our spiritual health - in fact regular practice will make your mind much sharper too.
So, if you are having problems controlling your emotions, problems in relaxing,
(or sleeping)
or you simply want to experience oneness with yourself, you have to try meditation.
Believe me it`s amazing…)I always want the best 4 You.
Meditation is gaining popularity today because of the health benefits it gives.

I love visiting Amsterdam...
I love visiting Amsterdam, Netherlands, Yes... You can realy feel the flow of freedom there ...)
it is very hard not to imagine misty cafes and scantily clothed women moving provocatively in windows with red lights.
Many of the travelers from across the world return to this ultimate city of “sin” because of these sights alone.
Most of them are busting with tales of the unexpected and if you get chances to visit the place,
I’m sure that you will also create your own tales to tell.
Well, Amsterdam is not just about sex and drugs; it has all the great things that Mother Earth has to offer.
The Netherlands has in fact that most amount of great museums per square foot than anywhere else in the world. If you take a tram ride 10 minutes from the heart of the city, you can overwhelm yourself with those narrow streets occupied with nothing else other than the cyclist and a car every now and then. The city is in fact so quite, but interesting.
Things to See in Amsterdam
The greatly planned city of Amsterdam is one of the few cities in the world where the people,
the streets and the atmosphere are an attraction in themselves.
It is in fact well-known throughout the world as the sole city where marijuana and hashish are sold legally.
And, the worldly known Red Light District is just as much an attraction as a favorite hub for young men full of testosterone to go at night. But as mentioned earlier, there is far much more to the city than drugs and prostitutes or sex.
The city has long been considered as the “Venice of the North” because it was built on a cobweb of canals.
You can greatly see most of the city from a canal boat, and from there you’ll surely appreciate the unique architecture
that Amsterdam has long been proud to offer. Furthermore, Amsterdam is heaving with a culture.
It has a lot of great museums and libraries. Of all the interesting museums in the city of Amsterdam, the Rijksmuseum,
Anne Frank Museum and Van Gogh Museums are names not to be missed.
Where to Eat
When you stroll around in the city of Amsterdam,
you’ll surely find a high volume of restaurants. As commonly noted,
you can see sandwich boards in front of the many restaurants advertising their daily specials and from a minute walk down the Damrak,
the street facing Central Station, there are some neon lights saying “pizza”.
If you delver further into the city, you can find the Damstraat, the street on Dam Square,
also peppered with eateries. Further down again towards Leidseplen, the Leidsekruisstraat and Leidsetraat have their good share of restaurants too. It is necessary to note however that the streets mentioned earlier are located in some of the city’s most touristy areas. So, if you wish to steer clear of such commercial centers, you have the chance to visit; the Jordaan as some of the city’s coolest restaurants are found there.
In case you prefer to eat out in a restaurant beyond your budget during your tour,
there are also some fast food outlets all over Amsterdam where you can get pizzas, chips or kebabs. However, just be careful when asking for mayonnaise on your French fries for they will be completely drowned...)

The City of Lights is synonymous to the venerable capital of gastronomy.
The City of Lights is synonymous to the venerable capital of gastronomy.
People eating on the run break the sacred activity that is undertaken with a certain amount of solemnity at the table. Most of the restaurants in Paris used to mean three courses in a meal.
Check out these restaurants in Paris that will surely inject cravings to your bellies, with cuisines specially prepared by world- renowned chefs.
It has different international themes that will definitely allow all the other senses to function.
Bistrot Cote Mer (French)
One of the restaurants in Paris that will make you want for a fish feast.
Its blue façade, stone walls and marble- topped tables combine Parisian and seaside style. Menu is equally eclectic, hopping from the classic to the more inventive dishes. The dining room can get a bit noisy when full. In the summertime, terrace is more peaceful, albeit on a busy boulevard.
Chez Marianne (Middle Eastern)
You’ll never get lost heading to this bistro because you will see the the line of people reading the bits of wisdom and poetry painted across her windows. They serve the finest hummus, fried eggplant and chopped liver accompanied with just a cheap wine. Their sampler platter lets you try four to six items, even the smallest makes a filling banquet.
Fogon St- Julien (Spanish)
A formal restaurant painted in a yellow sunny color is a source for superb Hispanic dishes and unusual wines to match. The seasonal all-tapas menu is tempting at EUR36 per person, but that would mean missing out on what must be the city's finest paella at EUR18 per person. Then finish it up with the custardy crème Catalan accompanied by a glass of muscatel.
Kastoori (Indian)
One of the restaurants in Paris that offers an equally relaxing feel on a rainy with the modest dining room draped with Hindi fabrics. They also offer a tremendous value on meals where lunch is with thali platters or silver trays bearing curried meat (chicken or lamb), vegetables or saffron rice.
Le Martel (African)
This crowded and smoky bistro has a wide array of clientele of fashion designers, photographers, models and media folk. Everybody digs into a mix of French standbys such as artichokes and vinaigrette. They offer exotic fare like lamb tangine with almonds, prunes, and dried apricots.
Sardegna A Tavola (Italian)
This is one of the restaurants in Paris where you cannot help but look at the ceiling because braids of garlic and cured hams are being hanged. Their dishes are listed in Sardinian with French translations, of course. They offer the best clams in spicy broth with tiny pasta and the orange- scented Dublin Bay prawns with tagliatelle.
Bon appètit...)mon ami.

Florence is one of the beautiful cities of Tuscany, a region of Italy.
Florence Italy
Florence is one of the beautiful cities of Tuscany, a region of Italy. Florence Italy exhibits an “al fresco” of art and culture. This Italian city is famous worldwide for being the heart of the Renaissance period and the abode of fine arts and literature. One can find powerful symbols of Italian and European culture in every corner and crevice of Florence that makes it sometimes hard to identify the city with just one character.
From the famous David by Michelangelo, to the romantic Ponte Vecchio, to Giotto’s bell tower, Florence Italy just seems to be represented by a lot of things or famous people such as Leonardo Da Vinci, Dante Alighieri, or Michelangelo, to name a few. This art-filled city seems endless of amazing things to see and beautiful places to go.
From any Italian city, getting to Florence is easy since the city itself is an important railway and highway center. The past years have had an increase in direct flight connections from abroad. You can always choose from getting there by car, train, or plane.
The most charming spots in Florence Italy are a walk of discovery. The Ponte Vecchio as its name suggest, is the oldest and splendid bridge in Florence Italy. Its banks are still full of silversmiths’, jewelers’, goldsmiths’, and laboratories whose art has been passed down from generation to generation. The Piazza della Signoria is an outdoor exhibition that includes some of the finest arts by well known artists such as the Fountain of Neptune by Ammannati, the Palazzo Vecchio by Vasari, and a copy of Michelangelo’s David that welcomes every visitor upon entering the square. The Giardino di Boboli or the Boboli Gardens stretch out alongside Palazzo Pitti, and were both created in 1500 on the wishes of the Medici family. Walking through these wonderful Renaissance gardens includes seeing charming monuments such as the Grotta del Buontalenti, amphitheater, and Small Island with statues of dancing country-folk. The San Lorenzo Market is homed within huge iron and glass building built in 1874. The market has still preserved much of its charm even though it has now become a tourist attraction. Other great places to see are the Spedale degli Innocenti and Palazzo Pitti.
A tradition of simple dishes prepared with genuine, tasty plain ingredients is what Florentine cooking is all about, and has recently been reconsidered by the world of more sophisticated cuisine. Bread, vegetables, cereals, and oils which must be extra-virgin, are the center of many recipes that should never be missed in many restaurants in Florence.
Really getting to know Florence Italy is not just about visiting the museums, seeing the churches, palaces, and monuments, but to fully understand the versatile spirit of the city, is mixing with the local people and trying to live like they do for only one day. How Florentines enjoy themselves and where they go to have a good time, are just some of the things you need to discover, as Florence’s night life is full of music, cocktails, and lightheartedness.
